What Is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where participants are gently guided into rest while surrounded by therapeutic sound. Crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments are played in a thoughtful, intentional way to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and restoration.

Participants typically lie down on mats, similar to a restorative yoga experience, allowing the body and mind to settle while sound waves move through the space.

What My Sound Bath Offerings Include

Every Sound Bath experience is held with care before, during, and after the session. Offerings generally include:

  • Safe transport and setup of crystal sound bowls and instruments
  • A guided opening to help participants arrive and settle
  • A 60–75 minute Sound Bath experience
  • Integration time or silence at the close
  • Professional setup, facilitation, and breakdown

Each offering is adapted to the group, space, and intention.
